Explain how a working relationship is different from a personal relationship. Difference between a working relationship and personal relationship is really big. A working relationship is different because of guidelines, codes of conduct, employer policies and procedures. In working relationship is important to work as a one big brain not a single unit like in personal life. Another difference is when to come to sharing information. This things what I say to friend I don’t say to work friend. Also in working relationship is no space for emotion or attachment and it is based around role, where personal relationship is based around emotion and attachment.

A personal relationship is a relationship formed through choice, with someone who I like, who I share interests and feelings not goal with need to be rich.

Describe different working relationships in health and social care settings There are many different relationships in my work. A first relationship with come to my head is between team leader and staff.

Moreover I agreed to do tasks that are in contract and with I’m trained and qualified to complete. For example if somebody ask me to take blood from resident, within I don’t have training, I could harm person whit from I try to take blood and myself by giving disease or stab somewhere. One of reason is to know what is expected from me, in my job role. Next purpose is to show my employer I know what I can and cannot do. Another reason is to tell me how to perform my job correctly without risk for me and resident. I implement agreed ways of working every time when I go to work and perform my job with all standards, ways and also safe.

Explain why it is important to work in partnership with others. Partnership with others is one of main keys in my job. It is essential because as a carer I need to know how everything about my residents. To learn, I need have good contact with resident, family and people from other discipline. Partnership helps reach a goad in much easier way by group effort. That goal may be succeed higher standards much faster and more professional. All this because of knowledge, experience and professionals different look. Demonstrate ways of working that can help improve partnership working To improve partnership work, people need to communicate more effective and push flow of information on higher level. For example, when we booking meeting with doctor, we preparing all information with doctor could use like symptoms, medication and etc. Also it is helpful to prepare resident physical and psychological for visit. Another good thing to do in partnership is to keep information in order, clearly and readable.

Next helpful practice is arranging meetings and conference where everybody can show own opinion and choose best way to riche goal. Identify skills and approaches needed for resolving conflicts To successful resolve conflict person approaching such a situation need know how to read verbal, non-verbal communication and need to pay attention to feelings and emotions. Such a skills could be use when person gestures start being aggressive towards other and person approaching situation can focus on right person or ask for help. Another useful skill with approaching individual need to learn is how to remain calm in stressful situation, how to manage stress after setting. This skills are important because person with should make compromise need give example to others how to control self, emotions and get to point without problems. Demonstrate how and when to access support and advice about:

– Partnership working– Resolving conflicts

I can access support and advice about partnership working and conflict resolution from my colleagues, their experience may be invaluable in directing you to a resolution. Next person who I could ask is supervisors and they can offer me professional advice and support me in making decisions when handling conflict. If I would need other kind of advice I would go to manager and manager will be able to assist me on legal and professional matters and can also support me in the following of organisational procedures and policies when dealing with conflict. Last resort would be external agency like: CQC, Social Services, unions and carers organisations that have a wide range of support available.
